My history
My dream of becoming a lawyer began at the age of seven. Since that age, I knew what I wanted to dedicate myself to: I dreamt of sitting in the courtroom and speaking up for the people. In 2008, I enrolled in Law school. During the admission interview, the dean emphasized that those who entrusted their affairs to me would be entrusting me with the most valuable things they had: their heritage, family, freedom, and even life itself.
"In 2012, during law school, I was awarded with the Academic Excellence Award. After completing my studies, I immediately continued my professional development by pursuing a master's degree in constitutional law at the same university."
During my university studies, I undertook internships at the prosecutor's office, courts, and various law firms. That experience exposed me to the reality mentioned by the dean and reinforced my commitment to fight for those who need a strong voice to defend them.
After obtaining my degree, my career took a turn towards the corporate sector for 5 years. This experience provided me with a unique perspective on how large organizations address legal challenges, a perspective I now use to benefit my clients.
In 2017, I decided to establish my independent practice. This decision was a commitment to the idea that if someone places their trust in me, that trust must be repaid with excellent technical service. I take my commitment with absolute responsibility to provide the best legal representation, utilizing my abilities to the fullest.
Currently, with over 10 years of experience, law is not just my way of life; it is my passion. Every day, I enter the courts with the same eagerness as that seven-year-old child. I have faced giants, corporations, public companies, state and municipal governments. I have fought against injustices, defended the rights of my clients, and won battles that seemed impossible.
But what truly drives me is the satisfied expression on a client's face when their case is resolved successfully, when justice is served. In essence, I am a passionate advocate for people. I fight with determination, not only for the letter of the law but for the cause of equity and truth.
To this day, the words I heard from the dean still resonate with me, now converted into part of my philosophy as a lawyer.
My story, my experiences, and my commitment to each case are what make me who I am as a lawyer. I am not just here to represent you legally but also to be your ally in the most crucial moments. For me, this is more than a profession; it is a calling to serve, a call to justice.
My visión
My professional practice is primarily characterized by diligence. I believe in the value of study, effort, and dedication in work to achieve technical excellence.
The main focus of my firm is to maintain the essence of being a small office, growing only to the extent that I can continue to offer clients personalized and direct treatment. For me, the most important thing is to create a connection with the person I represent. I don't believe in large organizations where the client is just another case file.
Every case that comes to my firm is handled personally, so you can rest assured that I will be the one by your side in the courtroom, defending your interests as if they were my own.
